This week our celebrity fashion sightings include a few celebrities that have been under the celebrity radar. Not that these celebs are not household names. It is just that some celebrities are not mainstays of red carpet events, so when they make an appearance at an event, everyone stands up and takes notice.
As always Fashion Reverie keeps its viewers front and center and informed of what your favorite celebs are wearing; even if those celebs that are not constantly hounded by the paparazzi.

Though Angela Bassett might be thought of as a celebrity blast from the past, this Oscar-nominated actress lets no grass grow under her feet. A regular on “American Horror Story,” Bassett made her directorial debut this year with the Lifetime’s “Whitney.”
Angela Bassett wore Butani diamond earrings and Le Vian black and white diamond bracelet and three rings to amfAR’s Inspiration Gala Los Angeles at Milk Studios in Hollywood, California. Most women wish they could look as fit and pulled together at 58 in this form-fitting graphic print gown with low décolletage. Though the facemask is a little over the top, Angela Bassett is still working it!!

When you’ve got it, flaunt it. And Australian Supermodel Nicole Trunfio has it and she is not afraid to show it, even at the risks of a boob falling out!! Nicole Trunfio wore a black and bronze print dress with high slit for Ellery’s spring 2016 collection to the Elle Style Awards in Australia.

“Whitney’s” Yaya Dacosta looks sophisticated and stunning in a gold yellow and black Maria Lucia Hohan gown at the Paley Center for Media’s Tribute to African American Achievements in Television at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. And Yaya’s hair au naturel upsweep is just perfect for her.

The fringe trend is in, but can you carry it off. Model/Actress Lydia Hearst almost carries the fringe trend off in this strapless black with light blue striped dress with fringe at amfAR’s Inspiration Gala Los Angeles . Hearst pairs this fringe dress off nicely with Via Spiga ‘Tiara” dress sandals.

Talk about a blast from the past!! Actress and singer Brandy Norwood wore a white floral printed and embroidered Elisabetta Franchi dress from Franchi’s fall 2015 collection while attending The Paley Center for Media’s Tribute to African-American Achievements in Television at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel. Who do you think wore it best, Brandy or the model?

When the opportunity presents itself, Fashion Reverie does not leave the curvy ladies out. Alabama Shakes singer, Brittany Howard, wore an ELOQUII dress last night while performing on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.” Brittany wore the Studio Bonded Pique Dress in black during her performance of the song, “Joe” from the band’s new album, “Sound & Color.”

Last, but certainly not least, Gwen Stefani wore a ivory wool crepe and corded lace peplum pencil Philip Armstrong dress for her show The Voice—’The Knockout Rounds’ in Los Angeles, California.
