Though this week’s fashion celebrity sightings may seem like a literal blackout, it wasn’t. The proliferation of people of color on red carpets this week is a testament to the growing presence of more diversity at events, launches, film premieres, and red carpets. And that is the way it should be.
From the recent Kennedy Center Honors to the 73rd Golden Globe Nominations Announcements to film premieres in Japan, your favorite celebrities flashed smiles and the latest trends on red carpets. And Fashion Reverie was front and center bringing you all the details.

Angela Bassett really knows how to rock a jumpsuit. And she rocks it the right way at the 73rd Golden Globe Nominations Announcements accessorized with diamond hoop earrings from Casa Reale.

Kerry Washington set the red carpet on fire and almost caused a scandal in a black boudoir Marchesa gown at the 38th Kennedy Center Honors Gala. Washington’s glamour was accessorized with a black lizard Bulgari serpenti hypnotic cocktail clutch.

We all know that Janelle Monae loves her neutral colors, especially black and white. And hardly any celeb wears it better than Janelle. The 38th Kennedy Center Honors Gala was no exception and Janelle stunned in black and white sequined number that almost stole the show from Kerry Washington. Janelle set this entire look off with four Pasquale Bruni diamond rings and Butani diamond ear climbers.

Zendaya was appropriately adorned in Casa Reale diamond earrings for the 2nd Annual Diamond Ball hosted by Rihanna and The Clara Lionel Foundation at The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica. And those diamond earrings were the perfect addition to the off-the-shoulder top with very wide-legged, bell-bottomed pants.

Lady Gaga proved that this week was not a total blackout—no pun intended—at the Billboard Music Award Women in Music event. Gaga was attired in “Rose” bralette and skirt from the spring 2016 “Tease” collection of New Zealand designer Kay Goss.

Actress and signer Jennifer Nettles wore a Elisabetta Franchi white long-sleeved blouse with overlapping panels from Franchi’s fall 2015 collection while visiting the AOL Studios for AOL Build Series: “Dolly Parton’s Coat of Many Colors” at AOL Studios in New York.

Fashion Reverie proves that is an all-inclusive fashion publication by including male celebs in our Fashion Celebrity Sightings. That said; “Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ John Boyega wears a Garciavelez black wool jacket with grey jersey back to the press conference of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel in Urayasu, Japan.
