We start our Celebrity Fashion Sightings with FLOTUS Michelle Obama. At President Obama’s farewell speech address, amid cheers and tears, Michelle Obama was elegant and regal in a Jason Wu black lace dress accessorized with a Narcisa Pheres ring, Harry Kolar studs, and a Hearts on Fire ring.
