Fashion Bridal Picks for Up-and-Coming Celebrity Nuptials

Alexa Bliss Wedding

New York International Bridal Fashion Week just wrapped up, so, it is great to have sense on what is to come as far as wedding trends. Though we are back on track with big weddings, it does seem gowns are not as big. Designers are taking a fresh approach and focusing on the modern bride, independent woman or that metropolitan chic lady.  Depending on the bride, the wedding day may not be the most important day in their life.

Of course, celebrities are some of the biggest trendsetters; therefore, Fashion Reverie decided to look at some celebrity brides to be and what gowns would look good on them from the spring 2023 bridal collections.

Sofia Richie

The daughter of music legend Lionel Richie and sister of Nicole Richie announced her engagement to Elliot Grainge on Instagram. This young model is probably already thinking of what kind of dress she would want to wear. We love Naeem Khan‘s dress made of light fabric with a high neck, a line-shaped silhouette. This bridal dress is simple and innocent on a first glance.

Olivia Wilde

Are Olivia and Harry Styles engaged? Rumor has it that they are, so in this case Fashion Reverie can guess which one of them will wear a better bridal garment.

Let’s focus on Olivia. We are obsessed with Nadia Manjarrez Bridals spring 2023 collection body conscious bridal garments; particularly the high neck gown paired with opera gloves. Olivia doesn’t come across as very queenly gal; therefore, a bit of edginess seems a match for this celeb.

Jennifer Lopez

Well, JLo is engaged again. And for the second time to Ben Affleck. We have suggested a few gowns for her before but a new engagement, new suggestions. JLo likes glamour so a beautiful, lace Elie Saab A-line, off-the-shoulders gown would be fantastic. Of course, with a nice long veil.  This shape will also accentuate her tiny waist.

Britney Spears

Britney Spears’ bundle of joy seems to be on the way, so, if there will be a wedding, it should happen soon. Fashion Reverie would love to see bride Britney in a Inbar Freiman destination gown. Britney loves to dance, so, we imagine she would like a dress she can easily move in.

Meghan Fox

Her engagement to Machine Gun Kelly was very romantic and the couple still turns heads on every red carpet they attend. Now their wedding will be a little more than traditional. It will be a goth wedding. We guess the gown will be sexy and black like this Roberto Cavalli cut out, long black dress which seems to be the perfect fit.

Kate Hudson

Kate is engaged to her longtime partner Danny Fujikawa. She debuted her ring during The Met Gala last September. For now, there are no details on when the wedding will take place. These two seem to just want to enjoy each other and Kate could go for a flirty, non- traditional dress. She is comfortable in cut-out designs and is in a great shape to wear a unique Scorcesa silhouette.  This off-the-shoulders with a short train is simply an adorable look for Kate.
