With an up-and-coming launch of his Miss Wu lingerie line at Nordstrom, Jason Wu is yet again expanding into another apparel niche.
Collaborating with La Perla, Wu will be designing an exclusive line of intimates for women. He will be debuting his new La Perla pieces during his upcoming spring 2013 runway show.
“They understood my vision for the spring collection and went above and beyond my expectations in creating the most luxurious accent pieces to go with my designs,” Wu told style.com

The twin set of polishes and lipsticks will be available for purchase following their September 6 debut.
Aerin Lauder Launches Footwear
Aerin Lauder, granddaughter of Estée Lauder, will be launching her first footwear collection for Spring 2013.
Lauder started her own lifestyle company, Aerin, last year and plans on creating a brand around it. Her show line will include 15 pairs of flats, wedges, and sandals.
“This is very feminine, and there is something very easy about it. It’s very much about the woman who is juggling many different things. There are not as many of those high, high, high unwearable shoes,” Lauder tells Women’s Wear Daily.
The show line will retail from $179 to $400 and be featured in Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Ave, and Neiman Marcus. You can also grab a pair at Lauder’s own online e-commerce site, which will launch this November.
