Though Orange is not the new Black for holiday, the television series—“Orange Is the New Black”— is definitely a runaway hit, sending out success holiday signals of green (money) red (hot) and silver (fame)! And “Orange Is the New Black’s Maria, Jessica Pimentel, is right in the thick of it.
Unlike her character on the show whose unfortunate past has her behind bars without her child and boyfriend, Jessica Pimentel is confidently riding the wave of her new found celebrity. And when it comes to style, black is the new black for Jessica. Whether on the red carpet or in a relaxed mode, black is Jessica’s best friend.
Fashion Reverie was fortunate to catch up with Jessica Pimentel hosting a holiday trunk show featuring the LA–based fashion brand Stella & Jamie at the New York City boutique, Foravi.
