Well, LA–based fashion designer Kelly Nishimoto is all to familiar with that classic adage as the host of TLC’s bridal makeover show, “Something Borrowed.” Taking vintage and/or used wedding gowns and making them it fresh, elegant wedding gowns is Nishimoto raison d’être on the show, but she is so much more than that.
