Fashion Reverie’s 2021 Music Celebrity Summer Getaway Roundup

Just like that we are back to planning trips and checking off bucket list destinations. After being on lockdown or restricted for over a year, maybe we can appreciate fancy vacations more? Are you excited about grabbing your passports, and going on that exotic vacation? If so, Fashion Reverie has come up with seven destinations inspired by our favorite music celebrities.

Saint Tropez, France 

Saint Tropez is well known for its amazing beaches. Beyoncé and Jay Z, as well as former Spice girl Victoria Beckham and her hubby, have been spotted on these famous beaches. The Cote d’Azur is the place to be seen and it is great for socializing and some celebrity spotting as well. 

Los Cabos, Mexico

For celebrities in the US, Los Cabos, Mexico is so accessible. That being the case, a lot of celebs opt for Los Cabos as a quick getaway. It is a great place to indulge in some pampering with the plethora of hotels with very good spas and private beaches. Pop artist Christina Aguilera has been spotted at Los Cabos soaking up the sun and surf.

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil 

Ah, don’t we all want to go? One of the most popular celebrity hangouts in the world is Rio de Janeiro’s Ipanema Beach. Of course, if you go in time for the carnival it is a whole extra, lots of fun. Madonna seems to love visiting Brazil for its music, food and range of dance styles. 

St. Barts 

Only eight square miles across, this Caribbean island is one of the hottest celebrity destinations in the world. It is a great place for shopping, yachting, and glamorous nightlife, and white sandy beaches. Celebs who have vacationed here include Gwen Stefani and Usher.

Aspen, Colorado 

If you want to stay on the mainland, Aspen is a great pick. Some celeb picks do not include beaches and seaside resorts as their go-to vacation spots, they would rather vacation in a different environment. Aspen is super popular during the winter as one of the hottest skiing and snowboarding spots in the world; however, a weekend getaway during the summer works, too. Mariah Carey and lots of famous people own homes in Aspen. There are also plenty of spas, boutiques, and fine dining restaurants.

Maui, Hawaii 

For many music celebs Maui is a dream vacation. The flora and fauna of Maui with its paradise-like scenery appeals to many music stars. The legendary Elvis Presley was a big fan of Maui and Selena Gomez has been seen here plenty of times. Sipping cocktails in beautiful Maui sounds like where we’d like to spend the rest of the summer. 

Mykonos, Greece

Has always been one of those hot spot destinations where celebrities are seen. It is known for a big nightlife scene but also delicious Mediterranean cuisine and beautiful views. Even though Lindsey Lohan is an actress we all remember her Mykonos party scenes from her “Beach Club” reality show and her dance that went viral. Lindsay is inspiring our unique destinations to this island.
