Though we are only one month into the year 2020, January has brought a plethora of delicious fashion tea flavors at the tea house. Which one would you like to try first?
Apparently, this once headline act at New York Fashion Week (NYFW) has no wholesale accounts in the United States. For all of his celebrity gravitas you think the buyers would be biting, but nope. Thank the fashion gods for this brands cult following and e-commerce to keep the brand afloat.
This independent brand recently announced that they would no longer be showing at NYFW. They say their reason is being involved with other collaborative projects. Hmm; but no one knows anything about these projects. Sounds like a money crunch!!

It is not looking pretty for brick-and-mortar retailers and independent brands. Trade show numbers are dwindling, with New York’s men’s tradeshows seeing fewer vendors than they have in the past. Hopefully, enough vendors will still come through for the show to be sustainable in the long term.
It’s about a new era at this fashion magazine publishing house as they integrate their digital and print teams. The company, which once kept the two entities very separate, is now moving everyone into the same building much to the joy of some and the chagrin of others.
